A straightforward workflow

From draft to delivered, without the busywork.

Sign in with your existing browser account (web_jwt). Write or paste your HTML edition once, choose how advertising and summaries behave for that issue, and publish to your membership.

Paste HTML or compose

Bring in an issue from Substack, Beehiiv, Mailchimp, or any HTML editor. Our allow-list sanitizer keeps headings, tables, lists, and inner words intact while stripping unsafe scripts and trackers.

Pick your ad & summary mode

Choose to keep your own ads, strip and replace up to 3 ad slots with category-distinct deals, or keep yours and append ours. Review copied pictures and confirm any AI ad cuts before sending.

Deliver across every surface

Desktop extensions receive rich formatted HTML, mobile app inboxes receive clean plain text with written-out https:// links, and email-only subscribers receive fallback delivery via One List Routing.

Per-issue monetization & origin rendering

Three ad choices on every issue—all at 1 Blasts Credit per member.

Select any of the three advertising modes below and toggle between the Desktop Extension view (chrome-extension://) and Phone App view (capacitor://localhost) to inspect the exact reader payload.

Choice 1 (Keep my own ads): Your direct sponsorships remain intact with 100% of ad revenue retained by you. You can still offer a 20-credit executive summary because strip and summary are separate jobs.

Roles, permissions & security

Your list and content stay under your control.

Company Publishers and Blasts Corp HQ share the same desktop form and browser sign-in (web_jwt), with clear rules separating publisher-owned sends from permission-granted syndication.

  • Two profiles, sensible defaults: Company accounts default to keeping their own ads; Corp HQ defaults to stripping ads and filling up to 3 catalog deals.
  • Written publisher grant required: Corp HQ cannot preview or send another publisher's issue in any ad mode unless that publisher grants permission from their own signed-in account.
  • 3-pile ad catalog with distinct buckets: Holes fill from PING_DEALS_CATALOG_JSON, ping-deals-submitted, and live partner placements—bucketed by main_category, sub_category, or deal_id.
  • 5 MB inbox overflow safeguard: If an extension inbox reply ever approaches the 5,000,000-byte line (REPLY_BYTE_LINE), body_html is deferred on the oldest newsletter rows while keeping their plain text so the inbox never fails.

Busy readers can unlock a concise 1,500-character executive summary of any issue—and immediately look up the decision-makers at up to 8 companies mentioned inside the newsletter.

  • Publisher-typed summary always wins: Write your own summary at upload, or leave the box empty and let our server AI generate it during preview.
  • Two ways for readers to open: Unlock in one click for 20 Blasts Credits (price stays off the screen until clicked, cached forever once unlocked) or summarize for free using the reader's own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini key in the extension.
  • Up to 8 Free B2B Leads company chips: Both own-key and 20-credit paid summaries display the "Look up in Free B2B Leads" button on desktop so readers can pull verified contacts across 109 B2B sources.
  • Hard $100/month AI ceiling: Server previews use one pinned model at a time (gpt-4o-mini default, claude-haiku-4-5-20251001, or gemini-3.5-flash-lite) with 30 previews/day per sender.

Common questions

The practical & architectural details.

Do all three advertising modes really cost the same 1 Blasts Credit per member?

Yes. Whether you choose to keep your own ads untouched, strip your ads and fill up to three holes with matched deals from our catalog, or keep your ads in place and append up to three labeled AD deals at the end, the send rate on Lane A is a flat 1 Blasts Credit per member.

How do desktop extensions and mobile phones receive different versions of the same issue?

When you upload or paste HTML, the server stores both a 60,000-character formatted copy (body_html) and a 30,000-character plain-text copy (body). Desktop extension origins (chrome-extension://) receive the sanitized HTML copy, while phone origins (capacitor://localhost and https://localhost) receive only the plain-text copy with decoded entities and written-out clickable https:// links so raw HTML tags never appear on mobile screens.

How does first-party picture hosting and 1x1 spy pixel removal work?

At preview, our server fetches up to 10 external HTTPS images per issue (up to 5 MB each and 15 MB total, with an 8-second timeout). It resolves DNS and refuses private, loopback, link-local, metadata, or internal hostnames on every redirect, drops any 1x1 tracking pixel based on true image dimensions, and serves the verified pictures exclusively from our first-party Netlify Blobs store (https://b2b-leads-licenses.netlify.app).

How does "Blasts Picks" co-publishing work between Company Publishers and Blasts Corp HQ?

Both roles use the same publisher website with shared browser sign-in (web_jwt). Blasts Corp HQ cannot preview or send another publisher's issue in any ad mode unless that publisher has recorded an active permission grant from their own signed-in account. Every co-published issue displays "Blasts Picks, featuring [Publisher], used with permission" at the top of both the plain and formatted copies.

Can I offer a 20-credit AI summary even if I keep my own ads?

Yes. Ad stripping and summarization are separate, splittable jobs. You can keep 100% of your own ads and still offer a 1,500-character executive summary. If you type a custom summary, your text wins; if left blank, our AI generates it. Readers who unlock the 20-credit summary on desktop also receive up to 8 company lookup buttons connected to Free B2B Leads.

What happens if some of my subscribers haven't installed the Blasts app or extension yet?

One List Routing automatically delivers your newsletter to connected members directly on screen and sends fallback email to everyone else on your CSV through your connected Gmail, Microsoft 365, AWS SES, or ESP accounts—complete with an invitation to claim a $5 WhitelistEmails.com reward.

A more direct, transparent way to publish newsletters.
